Soon to be graduate with a B.A in French, looking to find a role volunteering in Haiti

I posess a B.S in Business Management, and although my applied usage thus far has been confined to marketing and sales, I am knowledgeable in market research as well as writing business plans. I have also worked in the restaurant industry for over ten years, between bartending, cooking and serving, thus I have extensive knowledge of this sort of business. In addition, as of December 2011 I will have a B.A in French (language), so I can effectively communicate with the Haitian popluation. While I am not especially skilled in construction of infrastructure, I would be extremely happy to work in this area, provided that I can be trained to fulfill a position.

I would ideally like to volunteer to help businesses rebuild and flourish in Haiti. I have helped to set up new restaurants and business accounts in several different arenas, so I feel very confident in my ability to not only communicate with business owners, but also to help them find new and creative ways to attract business; whether it be local or tourism driven. As stated above in my "skills offered" section, I would also be more than happy to work anywhere where training is provided. My main goal is to learn more about the Haitian culture and the creole language while helping the island rebuild.
I will be graduating from the University of Vermont in December of 2011, and would be availible to volunteer from January 2012 - June 2012, when I will have to begin my coursework in Paris for my graduate degree.
