I have extensive background working with at-risk and low-income populations. I am skilled in mediation and assessment of peoples basic needs. I have worked in management, volunteer coordination, early education and direct management.
I would like to help where ever I would be most needed. I am looking for volunteer opportunities a few months from now because I think that is when I can be most helpful. Medical services and shelter needs are more immediate currently, however, eventually there will need to be counseling services given and community networking services. I have a Masters Degree in Conflict Resolution and I recently spent the last two years teaching English in Korea before working my current job at a local non profit in Portland Oregon.
