HOUSTON, TEXAS –AREA MEDICAL GROUP, INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL ANGELS NETWORK, RETURN TO HAITI TO ESTABLISH MEDICAL CLINICS
International Medical Angels Network a Houston-based organization today announced plans to return to Haiti to provide medical assistance focusing on the need of women and children on March 7th 2010.
The coalition’s goal is to provide medical care as guest of the University Henri Roi Christophe where they plan to set up a permanent clinic that has been donated by one of their network partners and assist with the ongoing staffing of this clinic to provide medical care in the area of Cap Haitien, Haiti. Current need of the group is medical staff whose background is in maternal and child health: Neonatologist, Pediatricians, Nurses, Nurse Practioners, and those interested in developing a public health delivery system.
