I would like to help in any way I can. I have background in construction management and supply chain management. I could help the building of homes, or in the management of materials being sent to Haiti. Their shipment, dockside handling, storage, distribution, and other processing is of great importance. I would very much like to make my way down there at the end of March or start of April in order to be of use doing whatever is required. There is no task that I would turn down, I am willing to go into dangerous area's and perform any kind of activity that will help the people there. I am willing to stay on post for one month. Soon the immediate needs for medical, relief, and search-and-rescue effort will be replaced by long term efforts to rebuild. Given my background, skills, and interest, I would be a good asset to such efforts.

A note on language: My Creole is basic but rooted in 7 years study of French and a familiarity with learning and applying new languages for immediate conversational competence. I am a fast learner.

I am willing to travel immediately to Haiti where a volunteer can be of help in any way: Aid delivery and distribution, warehousing, inventory, logistics, etc. And on the ground helping with all areas related to logistics.
